On a traditional Japanese Shoji, the infill is the visible piece of rice paper that diffuses the light and creates privacy. We’ve taken the concept and created a more durable version of this rice paper that retains the authenticity of the Shoji Screen design.
We offer two types of infill:
Standard Infill - Printed acrylic that emulates the rice paper effect of the traditional Japanese Shoji Screen. Available in Japan Rice, Lotus Matt and White Lotus.
Premium Infill - Opal or Pearl acrylic made from rice paper that is inserted in between acrylic.
